The TURBOMATIC TURBOsteam generator is a heating solution designed specifically for applications requiring only the heating of concrete aggregates.

This TURBOsteam generator has proven itself in severe climatic conditions and environments where high power or continuous 24/7 heating of concrete aggregates is essential.

In addition, the use of TURBOsteam as a curing solution does not alter the moisture content of the aggregates.

The TURBOMATIC Hot Water Unit is a heating solution for the production and storage of hot water in concrete plants operated in moderate climatic conditions.

With our hot water unit, concrete plants are able to generate hot water for the production process, including washing of truck mixers and filling of tanks, but also heating of premises and heating of water used in the plant.

TURBOMATIC heating and COOLMATIC cooling solutions can be perfectly combined for concrete production sites.

COOLMATIC units offer a complete cooling solution that includes all the necessary equipment for the production, storage and dosing of chilled water, as well as the cooling of concrete aggregates when required. Each heating and cooling installation is custom designed to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

By combining a TURBOMATIC heat production unit with a COOLMATIC cooling unit, an integrated heating and cooling solution is created. In this case, the hot water tank of the TURBOMATIC unit also serves to store cold water. The same water dosing system used during the cold season to supply hot water, whether to the water scale or the water meter, is also used to dispense cold water during the warmer months.

  • Fuel oil tanks fully integrated into the TURBOcontainer, separated by a fireproof wall and equipped with all necessary safety devices, etc.
  • Combi burner allowing dual fuel operation: fuel oil or natural gas
  • Gas burner suitable for propane or other gaseous fuels

 

NOTE! Actual fuel consumption is significantly lower than nominal consumption at maximum load.
