Shotcrete pumps - KLEIN

Sans titre-1

Pumps that satisfy the most demanding

Klein pumps meet the high requirements in all areas: building and civil engineering, prefabrication in the concrete industry, but also in the food industry, anaerobic digestion, biomass, etc.

Using state-of-the-art construction materials, the pumps achieve an optimal ratio between the transport distance and the reach of the distribution masts. Sprayed concrete pumps are available in different versions according to requirements, and all are available with thermal or electric drive.

All pumps can be mounted on chassis:

  • Fixed sled type
  • On a trailer
  • A tracked chassis

Hydraulic control

Operation of the pump is achieved by a built-in hydraulic unit controlled by a control box equipped with an automaton, allowing the H.

The hydraulic circuit makes it possible to move the two pistons as well as the pivoting of the filling bezel. Presence of a double hydraulic circuit makes it possible to have a regular and continuous flow smoothly.

Sizing of the main valves ensures that there is no loss of flow or unnecessary heating of the hydraulic system.

Truck mounted concrete pumps

Klein’s truck mounted concrete pumps have an excellent price/performance ratio. These pumps are simple to use and extremely reliable, as proven by the ones in operation. Thanks to the use of modern materials, their pumps offer an optimal balance between weight-transport and optimum working radius of the booms.

For these extremely stressed machines, Klein uses a well-known technique on self-propelled pumps where hydraulics take precedence. These truck pumps have mast lengths ranging from 24 to 58 metres.

Towable pumps

Klein towable concrete pumps are an essential and reliable element on all small and large construction sites. With these machines, equipped with an internal combustion engine or an electric motor, it is possible to pump at heights of more than 100 metres and horizontally up to 2000 metres. The chassis has been designed in such a way that the machine can be moved easily by crane. The pumps are mounted on sleds, trailers or caterpillar tracks with either electric or diesel engines.
