Mobile separator tank “mo-BAT”

The mobile separator tank “mo-BAT” is designed for construction sites and precast concrete factories.

This tank is specifically developed for cleaning concrete skips and other washing applications. It is suitable for both on-site use and in precast plants.

Solid particles present in the concrete water are retained by a dedicated Big Bag filter, which keeps them inside the bag.

The filtered water can be discharged through two separate outlets.

If pH neutralization is required, it can be easily integrated.

When the fine mineral content is high and the pH level ranges from 11 to 13, discharging water into the environment or waterways is strictly prohibited. Such disposal could cause severe damage to both water pipelines and ecosystems. That’s why mo-BAT mobile settling tanks are a valuable asset for treating concrete wastewater.

Settling tanks used for construction wastewater typically consist of steel containers with partition walls set at various heights. Construction site water is poured in, and sedimentation causes fine particles to settle at the bottom. Once sedimentation is complete, the water is discharged through an upper outlet.

pH neutralization by CO treatment

The discharged water’s pH should generally be between 5.5 and 8.5 to minimize negative impacts on aquatic ecosystems.
