Mixing tank type MDI
The mixing tank type MDI is used for the production of micro-silica and coloured suspension. It is suitable for Big-Bags or paper bags. The tank is made of stainless steel or mild steel, with a powerful stainless steel agitator. A delivery pump is integrated for dosing and circulation.
Mixing tank anhydride AHM
Mixing tank anhydride AHM operates on three weighing sensors for the production of anhydrite, pigment slurry and micro-silica. The filling is done with a metering screw. It is made of stainless steel with a powerful agitator also made of stainless steel. Discharge is done by gravity or through the pump.

Example
- Load the bags into the dispenser at the beginning of the operation. The bags are simply placed one by one in the feeding chambers. Simple handling.
- The chain-driven chamber feeder drops only one bag at a time, guaranteed.
- An impulse is required at start-up. Then the dispenser operates in automatic mode.
