Foam concrete plants - KNIELE
Light, strong and insulating
The German company KNIELE has been committed for many years to developing foam concrete technology and equipment for its production.
Studies of production equipment allow optimal adjustment of the production of foam concrete.
The KKM conical mixer, a great ally
The KKM conical mixer fits perfectly into foam concrete plants for the production of this material. In addition, its properties are essential for the proper operation of the plant and are appreciated for the production of foam concrete.
KNIELE works closely with other partners who, in turn, develop and study suitable formulas and foaming agents for this type of foam concrete production.
Advantages
The benefits
- Fire protection: fire retardant A1, non-combustible
- Storable in landfill
Thermal conductivity:
- Gamma at 150 kg/m3 -> lambda approximately 0.08 – 0.1
- Gamma at 120 kg/m3 -> lambda about 0.05
It is possible to put a fee into a fee (heavy at the bottom and light at the top)
Hardening without additional heat – can be treated the next day.
Characteristics
Characteristics
The elements: water, cement, sand, fly ash and all other elements are first coarsely mixed in the conical mixer.
Then the foam is added using a foam generator. Once the appropriate mixing time has elapsed, the material is pumped to the treatment site by means of an eccentric screw pump.
Gamma values from > 80 kg/m3 to about 800 kg/m3 are possible and can be continuously adjusted.
The largest raw densities require the addition of sand.
