CUREMATIC Curing Solutions

CUREMATIC increases the speed, efficiency, and quality of annual concrete production. Thanks to the combination of the COOLMATIC cooling systems, TURBOMATIC heating systems, the CUREMATIC system, and POLARMOIST, your concrete will reach the desired temperature, ensuring high-quality concrete all year round.

 

The curing system easily adapts to the specific requirements of customers and final precast concrete products such as pipes, blocks, and pavers. Curing solutions can use hot water, TURBOsteam, hot air, or steam.

Hot water circulates through a pipe network, radiating and convecting heat to the curing concrete products.

Applicable precast concrete products:

Products cast on beds, molds, or tables: hollow-core slabs, beams, walls, etc.

Heating capacity:

0.5 kW per m² of bed/table surface

TURBOsteam, enriched with CO₂, is directed into curing chambers or tents at a temperature between 250 and 300 °C. The curing temperature can be adjusted according to defined parameters, while the CUREMATIC system ensures optimal humidity.

Products cured in ovens or curing chambers, e.g., pipes, manholes, blocks, pavers, etc.

Heating capacity:

Depends on the concrete products and molds used, typically 10–20 K/h

Hot water circulates through a piping system distributing heat via fan-coil units. Individual fans or a centralized water/air heat exchanger may also be integrated as needed.

Systems are typically installed on shelves with rigid chambers and low product diversity, e.g., concrete blocks and pavers.

High-pressure steam from the steam generator is directed into radiation and convection tubes. The condensate is then returned to the steam generator, creating a closed-loop system.

Applicable precast concrete products:

Ideal for rotating lines where large volumes of similar concrete products are cured continuously 24/7, especially tunnel segments and railway sleepers.
