TURBOMATIC PME-MIC 500 D - POLARMATIC

Eco-friendly mobile heating solutions
Heating solution for self-service concrete plants or concrete trucks.
The TURBOMATIC PME-MIC heating system has been specifically developed to meet all heating needs, especially in self-service concrete plants.
Principle of operation
The operation of the TURBOMATIC thermal energy unit is both efficient, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. It relies on the direct circulation of flue gases through a TURBO steam generator, which transfers energy from the exhaust gases to the aggregates and water in the tank. Thanks to this unique operating principle, almost all of the input energy is used to heat the aggregates and produce hot water, with virtually zero energy losses.
The main functions of TURBOMATIC
- Preventing aggregate freezing in surge bins.
- Quick aggregate heating during freezing conditions.
- Hot water supply for concrete batching as required.
Thanks to the superior heating power of the TURBOMATIC, concrete production is possible during the coldest winters, i.e. guaranteeing concrete production regardless of temperature conditions. Due to the increase in production, annual concrete sales will increase. During autumn and winter periods, concrete production is possible without the risk of aggregate freezing. In case of risk of freezing, the hoppers can remain full at the end of the day.
The PME-MIC 500 D system operates fully in automatic mode. It can only be programmed when there is a risk of a temperature drop reaching around 3 to 4°. During negative temperatures at night and during the day, the system starts up and keeps the aggregates frost-free. When the ambient temperature is higher than the positive temperature, it stops without operator intervention.
With the system, your customers can pick up concrete from the very beginning of their morning activities without the risk of aggregates being stuck in the hopper or having to wait for the operator to supply the hoppers.
